Helping you get back to doing what matters to you.
The Summit team brings together professionals from physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, sports therapy and performance.
Everyone brings different experience and specialist interests, but the approach remains the same: understand the person, explain the problem clearly and build the right plan to help them move forward.
The best person to see depends on what’s happening and where you want to get back to.
You might be dealing with everyday pain, recovering after surgery, returning from a sporting injury or working towards a performance goal.
If you already know who you’d like to see, you can book directly with them.
Not sure? Tell us what’s bothering you and we’ll help guide you towards the right clinician, service and clinic.
Andy co-founded Summit Physio in 2006 with a clear idea of what physiotherapy should be: personal, thorough and focused on helping people achieve lasting progress.
His approach looks beyond simply treating symptoms. Understanding why a problem has developed, how it affects the individual and what they want to get back to all play an important part in shaping rehabilitation.
That philosophy continues to influence the way the wider Summit team works today.
Adam co-founded Summit Physio alongside Andy Hosgood in 2006.
His approach centres around understanding the factors contributing to pain, injury or reduced movement before deciding the most appropriate route forward.
Rather than focusing purely on short-term symptom relief, the aim is to give people a clearer understanding of their body and a plan that helps them return confidently to everyday activity, exercise or sport.
Louise helps make sure everything runs smoothly throughout your experience with Summit.
From helping arrange appointments and answering questions to guiding people towards the right clinic or clinician, she plays an important role in supporting both patients and the wider Summit team.
If you’re not sure who to see or which appointment you need, Louise and the team can help point you in the right direction.

We start by understanding what’s happening and what you want to achieve.
Your clinician will assess the areas relevant to your symptoms, movement and goals.
We’ll talk through what we find clearly, without unnecessary jargon.
Your treatment and rehabilitation will be based around you, not a standard programme.
As you improve, your plan can develop towards the level of movement, activity or performance you need.
