Lead times vary by product. Made-to-measure blinds are typically 3 weeks or more from consultation. Plantation shutters are 12 weeks or more, as each set is manufactured to the precise measurements of your windows. We’ll confirm the current lead time when you get in touch. Installation itself is quick — the exact duration depends on the style and number of windows.
Can I see fabric samples before I decide?
Yes — that’s exactly what the home consultation is for. John brings the full range of samples so you can see colours, textures and opacity levels in your own room, in your own light. Seeing the fabric in the actual space it will hang in makes the decision much more straightforward. Most customers choose at the consultation. Do you install roller blinds on uPVC windows?
It depends on the window. Some uPVC windows are suitable for roller blinds depending on the recess depth and frame type. What’s the difference between blackout and dim-out roller blinds?
Blackout roller blinds block nearly all outside light, making them ideal for bedrooms, nurseries and anyone who needs a genuinely dark room. Dim-out blinds reduce the amount of light coming in considerably, but they don’t block it out completely — they’re better suited to rooms where you want to reduce glare and brightness without plunging the space into darkness. Do you offer motorised roller blinds?
Yes. Motorised roller blinds are a popular choice for hard-to-reach windows and large glazed spaces where a cord would be impractical — and they give a much cleaner finish in any room where you want a cord-free look.
